‘I Shouldn’t Be Alive’: Justin Bieber Breaks Down in Emotional Album Listening Party

Justin Bieber recently shared a very emotional moment with a chosen private album listening party, remarking, “I don’t even think I should be alive.”

Justin Bieber got emotional at a listening party for his fifth studio album. The album is still being finished as we speak. Justin admitted to Vogue in 2019 about his ups and downs with his music career saying, “I’m still processing so much stuff that I haven’t talked about.” Justin has been open about being apprehensive in coming back to an often dark industry.

“I don’t even think I should be alive never mind thrive. I feel like God’s brought me out of a really dark place,” Justin shared at the private listening party.

Justin continued on with a moment of gratitude, smiling but with tears in his eyes, to thank his manager Scooter Braun, “You walked me through a lot of sh*t.” Then jokingly added, “I need to get it together!”

Then he turned his attention toward his beautiful wife, model Hailey Baldwin Bieber, saying:

“I love you with all my heart…I’m so proud of us.”

This next album tour will be Justin’s first since 2017. Justin had to cancel the last leg of his previous tour due to battles with anxiety and depression, side-effects of his diagnosed Lupus.

Justin has also just released a YouTube docuseries called, Justin Bieber: Seasons. Billboard is describing his newest album as “futuristic R&B/pop.” The album also has “a thematic focus on the healing powers of love and marriage.” Wishing Justin all the best as he finishes his new album!
