Faith Hill Shares How She and McGraw Are ‘Always Praying’

Faith Hill’s music is incredible, but it’s the way she lives her life after the concerts conclude that is the most inspiring.

Faith Hill won a special place in our hearts the moment she burst onto the country music scene in 1993. When she released This Kiss in 1998, a crossover hit on both the country and pop charts, we knew she was the real deal. Twenty years later, she remains a dynamic entertainer and a role model for millions.

Her voice is incredible

Hill’s been making hits since the early 1990s. Of course, she has earned dozens of nominations from the Grammy Awards, People’s Choice Awards, Academy of Country Music, Country Music Association and many more! Her angelic voice has landed her five Grammy Awards with hits that appeal to fans of both country and pop music alike. We love playing her albums on repeat.

This past October, she and Tim McGraw celebrated their 22nd marriage anniversary. Stardom can often decimate relationships, but despite the fact that she and McGraw are each bon-a-fide celebrities in their own rights, she remains grounded and deeply committed to their relationship. In fact, choosing to become partners as musicians seems to have only elevated both of their careers. As People Magazine explains, “McGraw and Hill were both thriving on their own in the music industry before falling in love in 1996, when Hill was an opening act on McGraw’s Spontaneous Combustion tour. However, tying the knot that October was the event that ‘poured gasoline’ on their careers, as he has put it.”

Throughout their time together, Hill and McGraw have raised three beautiful daughters, proving that Hollywood marriages can truly stand the test of time.

Is there anything she can’t do?

While it’s well established that Hill’s incredibly gifted as a singer, but her talents don’t stop there.

She’s proven her talents as an all-around entertainer. She’s an actress, first venturing onto the small screen in 1997 on Touched By An Angel. She’s most known for her depiction of Sarah Sunderson in the hit film, The Stepford Wives. Hill’s appeared on various reality TV shows as well, including as a judge on Project Runway and as a voice coach on The Voice.

Hill never stops praying

Faith Hill is very open about her faith and how it serves as the bedrock of her marriage. In a recent interview with People Magazine, she made it clear that prayer comes first in their family. Speaking about her Soul2Soul World Tour starring Hill and McGraw, she offered up a beautiful insight into the still moments backstage, before the music begins. “Tim and I share a quick quiet moment together before hitting the stage. Always praying.”

Faith, you’re an inspiration both on and off the stage. We love everything you stand for and promise to remain lifelong fans!
