No matter the denomination, as Christian women we are first and foremost followers of Jesus and our calling is to lead people to Him.

As a Christian female leader, Christine Caine lives every day as an empowered woman sharing the love of Jesus. Unfortunately, in Christianity, there remains much disempowerment of women. This is puzzling to Christine because she believes that “nobody empowered women like Jesus Christ.”

The global church is certainly always capable of change and she asserts “that the church stands at a fantastic crossroads in history to say ‘maybe we haven’t done it well, thus far, but we can do it great from here on in.’” In this video, Christine suggests tangible ways for men in leadership to be more intentional in the ways that they include women and other voices of diversity in their decision-making. With more empowered women helping to guide decisions, Christine says that “there would be a lot more inclusivity and love and joy and peace and kindness and goodness.”

Any woman who follows Jesus is inherently a leader because she has been called to lead others to Christ’s love. So, in this video, Christine also encourages women to keep Christ at the center of everything that they do, so that they have a rock-solid foundation in their life.
