Wondering why the pyramids were so pointy? These kids (sort of) have all the answers. See their hilarious take on what makes ancient Egyptian history so great.

Think you know everything there is to know about the pyramids? Think again!

This episode of Totally Accurate History! features hilarious “facts” from kids about Egypt’s pyramids that you may have somehow missed in your high school history class. For example, do you know why the pyramids are so pointy? So that the ancient Egyptians can get better cell phone service. (Obviously!)

And what exactly happens within these giant ancient pyramids? Well, they were made for church! As our young history instructor explains, “They sing, pray. After that, they go home.”

Of corpse, you may not have realized, but there is quite the debate around the topic of mummies. First of all, what are they wearing? Our instructor explains “They are wrapped around in toilet paper and you can only see their eyes.”

Also, are mummies dead or are they alive? One side says “I am positive that mummies are not alive today.” The other side is not so sure. “I think mummies are still alive today.” Maybe we should call up our mummy or daddy to see if they know the answer?
