When we misunderstand God's intentions, it can be a frustrating experience. But as Seth Dahl explains, God is always in a position to help.

Sometimes in the most mundane moments, God can teach us huge lessons about His love for us.

Seth Dahl experienced one of these moments through teaching his young daughter how to use a fork. Every morning, she loved eating her scrambled eggs but she didn’t have the fine motor skills to use utensils quite yet. As her eggs started spreading all across her plate, Seth realized that she needed help gathering the bits and pieces back into the center of the plate.

However, when he tried to take her fork to help her finish her eggs, she became very angry and upset.

“I was trying to pull the fork, she’s fighting me. We were having this little tug-of-war,” Seth recalls. She didn’t have the perspective to know that her dad had her best interest at heart.

Do you sometimes feel frustrated when you don’t understand how God may be working through certain situations? Trusting that someone wiser is working for our good can be extremely hard, but perhaps His plan is far better than we can begin to comprehend.
