Today we’re talking about the power of positivity. We all want to live in a flourishing environment surrounded by positive people, but how do we get there? Here’s the secret: it starts with you.

Start small. Find even the smallest things that spark joy in your life—maybe it’s as simple as a new book or a great workout. If it makes you smile, you’re on your way!

Now that you’ve got the spark of positivity burning, you need to evaluate your environment and determine whether the people you surround yourself with have potential to put out that fire. People who radiate negativity are not going to be able to give you the encouragement and joy you desire.

“Set the standard for what you’ll accept in your circle,” Nathan articulates. “The right people are going to constantly uplift you and encourage you to grow.”
