Arnett E. Washington II is a living fitness legend. Born with cerebral palsy, some would say that there were odds stacked against him, but not Arnett. This 43-year-old will inspire you as he prepares for bodybuilding competitions in the city.

Arnett shares with the Seattle Times, “A lot of people in the world said I couldn’t do the things I wanted to do, but not my mama. She was the sergeant. And I ended up going to college, getting a degree, getting a job, having children. I can do almost anything I want to.” 

Arnett is an award-winning bodybuilder. Nothing can stop him. Watch his competition below.
