This is a sweet heartwarming story that will touch you! A mother, 98, moves into an assisted healthcare facility to take care of her 80-year-old son. This pair will inspire you to love throughout the years.

Ada Keating was an early mother and registered nurse. Her son Tom was a painter and decorator that never married. Tom lived with Ada his entire life.

Moving into an assisted living facility was a huge change for the pair. But the facility accommodated them both in a perfect manner. The pair love to build puzzles together and watch TV.

Philip Daniels, manager of the facility says, “It’s very touching to see the close relationship both Tom and Ada share and we are so pleased we were able to accommodate both of their needs. It’s very rare to see mothers and their children together in the same care home and we certainly want to make their time together as special as possible. They are inseparable.”

“She’s very good at looking after me,” Tom describes. Jokingly he adds “sometimes she’ll say ‘behave yourself.'” Ada ends with this touching reminder, “You never stop being a mom.”
