In this episode of Giftable, our go-to gift-givers, Julianna and Natasha, demonstrate how easy it is to basket up a little springtime cheer for just about anyone.

Confetti Cinnamon Rolls

You’ll Need:

For Rolls:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. of melted butter
  • 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 package store-bought crescent rolls
  • sprinkles of choice
  • oven-safe paper baking pan

For Icing Drizzle:

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3-6 Tbsp. hot water

Directions:

  1. Mix together sugar, melted butter, cinnamon and sea salt.
  2. Unroll crescent rolls and spread sugar and butter mixture evenly across. Top with sprinkles.
  3. Re-roll crescent rolls into a log shape and cut into three equal pieces.
  4. Stand upright and place side by side in greased, oven-safe paper baking container.
  5. Bake at 350° degrees F for 22 minutes.
  6. While rolls are baking, mix together ingredients for the icing.
  7. Once rolls have cooled, use a spoon to drizzle icing in a decorative fashion. Top with more sprinkles.

Assembling the box: 

You’ll Need:

  • 1 clear cellophane bag or sleeve
  • multi-colored ink pad
  • clean pencils (with erasers)
  • 12-15” white ribbon

Directions:

  1. Use pencil erasers to dot different colored ink along the ribbon.
  2. While ribbon is drying, slip rolls into cellophane sleeve.
  3. Tie a bow with ribbon, add a card and gift!
